As your hosts and facilitators of the Coeur d’Alene Holistic Moms Group, Spoelstra Family Chiropractic is thrilled to announce our Mommy & Me group.

This group is in additional to our already monthly mom’s group meeting to provide an opportunity for moms to meet, connect, and learn. This group will be geared towards moms with little ones, 0-1 years old. Our hope is to continue to create community and connection, as well as resources and information to help you make the best decisions for your growing little one!

This group will meet in the morning on the third Tuesday of every month to:

• Connect with fellow moms in a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.
• Forge new friendships and strengthen existing ones.
• Gain insights and practical tips from experienced moms and professionals that go beyond traditional developmental milestones to help you and your little one makes the most of this beautiful journey together.
